D&S Automotive Collision & Restyling | Elyria

We chose D&S Collision in Elyria to correct $3400 in body damage to our Ford Explorer and the entire experience was very positive! They got us scheduled quickly and even let us drop off a few days early when it was most convenient for us before leaving on vacation and they were able to start and finish the job earlier than projected as a result! The finished work made one whole side of the vehicle look like new again and Kyle the manager was even nice enough to buff out a small scratch we’d just noticed on a different new vehicle that my Mom recently purchased. The whole Team at D&S was professional, articulate, efficient, flexible and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Many thanks!

I'm somewhat local and had never heard of D&S. They were recommended by USAA, so I went with them. They were very prompt and had the information to the insurance rep the following day. The car was deemed a total loss, but they were very friendly and answered all questions when we cleaned it out. Great people!

I am very pleased with the body work done by D&S Automotive Collision! Mu car looks great! Everyone i interacted with was friendly. They kep me apprised of the status of the work and completion date. They only had my car for less than a week. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for repairs.

I was nervous because every place I called or stopped at said they were booked out a couple months. When I came in here I was asking when they could take me and they said, “leave it here today, you need a ride home?” They helped me immediately and dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. I wasn’t sure how it all worked out because I had never had to actually use my insurance. The called me every few days to let me know what was going on and what kind of ETA they had for me. I think my vehicle was there for 20 days when they called me and told it was ready to go. They did such a great job and were so friendly and helpful.

Amazing service! My jeep was hit and needed repair, Ray was fantastic to work with. He dealt with the insurance and rental for me, so all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. Repair job looks just like new, highly recommend D&S!
